This policy explains how StarGame Group handles personal information. StarGame Group is the trading name of Stargame SRL (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2023/228340/07. We handle personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

StarGame Group is a business-to-business gaming technology company based in South Africa. We do not offer gambling to the public and this website does not accept registrations, deposits or bets.
What this website collects

- It has no forms and no accounts. We do not collect personal information through the site itself.
- Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, date and time, and the page requested) for security and troubleshooting.
When you contact us
If you email or phone us, we receive the details you choose to give us, such as your name, company, email address and phone number. We use them only to answer your enquiry and to manage our business relationship with you or your company. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only where it is needed to run our business (for example with our email and hosting providers, who act on our instructions), or where the law or a regulator requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was sent, and for any period the law requires us to keep business records.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. To do so, email legal@stargamegroup.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
Player information
When our platform is in use, players' personal information is collected and held by the licensed operator they register with. That operator is responsible for it and publishes its own privacy policy. StarGame processes such information only on the operator's instructions.
